After a smooth passage from Fiji across over 1000 nautical miles of blue ocean, Freewind is back in the Bay of Islands. Ron cleared customs on Monday and was already out on Friday on our first charter of the season.
With the brisk southerly wind, the sailing was invigorating, and the crystal-clear waters in our favourite bay at Waiwaitoria Island were very inviting.

Ron and his crew – daughters Eleanor and Melanie – are looking forward to a great season of sailing, sun, and wonderful guests, as we welcome the 2013-14 charter season.
See you on the water,
